The Anomaly automatic knife is not a genuine Italian-made stiletto, but it sure is fun! It has a bolstered sim stag handle with push button and sliding safety, and a satin finished stainless steel bayonet style blade and bolsters. This automatic knife has all the great things you love about the real deal without the big price tag. This isn't a perfect knife and may have a few imperfections. Definitely more of a novelty, good for opening letters. Comes with black nylon sheath.
Customer Reviews
My knife functions perfectly. It's assembled very well and fires fast, with authority. Lock-up was a little loose, so I lightly peened the brass rivet a bit, oiled it and it now locks up good and tight with no blade play. It came pretty sharp, but a few minutes stropping on a piece of leather with some Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish put a very fine edge on the blade that passes a paper cut test. Other than that, I haven't cut anything else as my intended purpose for this knife is strictly for my display case. Everything including the blade is very highly polished and very well made. The blade is well centered between the brass bolsters when closed and is symmetrically aligned when opened. All the brass rivets are securely peened and everything is tight. The blade grind is symmetrical, even at the tip. I love that the safety rides within an inset groove as opposed to directly on the outside of the scale and it's tight enough that it won't slide by itself.
It's now displayed proudly in my display case amongst the rest of my auto collection.
