I initially ordered this knife with great disappointment because approximately 50% of the time when I opened it it misfired and didn't lock upon opening. I called customer service and she was outstanding to satisfy my concerns after I explained them to her. She sent me another knife of the exact model and a prepaid postage to return the old knife. As far as the new knife that she sent me I'm extremely satisfied and there are no misfires and upon opening it's locked 100% of the time to date and I would say I've opened this knife at least 100 times so far. Way to go Bladeplay and as long as you surround yourself with employees of the Calibur of the young lady who took care of my concerns I will look forward in being a repeat customer. Thank you for not only providing a quality product at a quality price but also for being a stand up company.
