My knife fires fast. Lock-up was a little loose, so I peened the brass rivet a bit with a hammer on a vise, oiled it and it now locks up good and tight with no blade play. It came sharp, but a few minutes stropping on a piece of leather with some Mothers metal polish puts a fine, razor's edge on the blade. Everything is highly polished and very well made. It's now displayed proudly in my display case with the rest of my auto's. Fine quality for the money! I intend on buying the sim stag model next to complete my collection of three, rosewood, ebony and stag.
