Great Knife Arrived Damaged

Mine was damaged out of the box, unacceptable! The locking mechanism for the blade is clearly bent and it takes a great deal of force to close the blade, possible safety issue. Unsure if knife was dropped, damage occurred during shipping or from factory in Italy. Either way I've requested full refund. Also Grind Worx can do a better job packing items. Just Styrofoam peanuts in box. Knife was settled at the bottom of the box in just thin plastic.

I literally have butter knives that are sharper...The quality is nice and it is soild, but if your looking for sharp...Forget it.
