One solid knife

I've owned a few Gerber knives but this is by far the nicest. It's a substantial knife that feels solid in your hands. The assisted opening is a little slower than others until you learn to use more thumb pressure because the blade is heavier and longer than my other knives. There is no play whatsoever when the blade is deployed. You'd think it was a one piece knife the blade is so solid. It's also very sharp right out of the box. The lifetime warranty for North America is just an added bonus. This one may not be for every day carrying but would make an excellent choice for tactical, hunting or camping.
