I have purchased over a dozen knives from Grindworx and have never experienced a hint of a problem....until now. To start with, I can't tell you how much I like this knife, enough that I purchased three more, one for each son, as well as an extra one for myself. After a couple of weeks I was surprised & disappointed to find that it was broken. I feel the true measure of a company is how well it responds to problems. And I can't tell you how much I like GW's Customer Service as well. A young lady named Melissa made the entire replacement process completely painless. I don't know when I'll get the itch to add another knife to my collection, but rest assured it will be from GRINDWORX!

Wow, what a beautiful knife. It's a big, well-built O.T.F. knife. I have big (my wife says HUGE :)Hands. I'm 6"4" about #350 I have a hard time finding knifes that feel comfortable in my hand and this one sure fits the bill. I got the Mago 11" OTF Stiletto. The scales are beautiful, Look like stained burl wood. Action is Quick, in and out. This knife is going from "Wow cool" knife pile to on my desk as my new letter opener. HAPPY with my purchase, would buy again. :)
