I have purchased over a dozen knives from Grindworx and have never experienced a hint of a problem....until now. To start with, I can't tell you how much I like this knife, enough that I purchased three more, one for each son, as well as an extra one for myself. After a couple of weeks, I was surprised & disappointed to find that it was broken. I feel the true measure of a company is how well it responds to problems. And I can't tell you how much I like GW's Customer Service as well. A young lady named Melissa made the entire replacement process completely painless. I don't know when I'll get the itch to add another knife to my collection, but rest assured it will be from GRINDWORX!
