Mantis MK-4 Vuja De Balisong Karambit Butterfly Knife - Satin Plain

I've received more comments on this knife than any other knife in my collection! So much fun and a great EDC knife! Lightweight and very easy to open. It takes a little time to get used to the way it opens, but once you do you can easily open with one hand. It was VERY sharp out of the box and has held that edge perfectly! This is a great tool and extremely attractive to just look at! Pick it up before they're gone!

The best use is claimed to be EDC, yet this is not the case. The knife is sharp and flips very well for what it is and is of decent quality. That quality drops greatly when used as an everyday carry item. Rusting: Although this can be attributed to my own carelessness, water dripped onto the blade and was there for only 1-2 hours and showed signs of rust. Cracked steel: After owning this knife for a good few months, I opened it to find what appeared to be a hair stuck on the blade. Once I tried to remove it, it became clear that the blade had cracked all the way down to the central pivot, from the almost center of the blade. Clip: The clip is not very strong and has recently bent open so it does not grip the pocket well. Enough so that it could easily slide out. Overall: Keep this one on display as it won't last long in the real world.
