It doesn't open as hard as a Boker, but then nothing does. But for the price, it's great! I've fired it hundreds of times, and it's still tight, and no misfires yet. I sit around firing this thing while watching TV, just b/c I'm addicted to doing that with my autos. No failures at all. Great deal!!
