First off I would like to say that this is the eighth knife I have bought here, All but this one were perfect, this one was broken when I received it, I contacted sales and was given a return label, I could not get it to upload so I paid the return shipping, two days later I was given a gift certificate for the knife, I put it in and than was charged an additional four dollars to ship the knife to me, I asked for a replacement with the same I knife, I hope this works cause if I have to pay double shipping on broken knives this will be my last one.
