This is a solid knife. The blade fires VERY strong and tight. I should mention that the button requires a bit more pressure than your average switchblade. Right out of the box, the button will be hard to press to deploy the blade. I highly recommend getting Blue Lube or some kind of knife oil. This is something you should have anyway if you are a collector of switchblades. With some knife oil and a little bit of use the knife will be firing great in no time.
