Incredibly strong spring, almost shot the whole knife out of my hand on the first actuation because of my loose grip. The blade has hardly any play and the knife doesn't 'rattle' when retracted. Came very quickly and very sharp and can be sharpened. I carry it everyday and every OTF knife I buy, I actuate in and out 100 times and out of 2 knives from this site the first knife (black Tanto Firecracker) misfired once in 100 ins and 100 outs, the second knife (black Tanto Lightning) hasn't misfired yet. Seriously happy and highly recommend this site.

It is the neatest OTF for the price! This is my second Lighting OTF and will be an everyday carry tool. My first was a gift from my Army buddy when he ordered the Nuttn Fancy commemorative Lighting for both of us. I liked it so much I ordered this Tanto blade type. It came through the shipping in pristine condition. Immediately took it to my basement and put it through my tests. Hard wood shavings, tent post points, notching, rope cut, feathering, and working the switch mercilessly. To quote Doug Marcaidia "It will cut " is a very true statement! Sharp out of the box! The Lightning is a great knife!
