Well I've had 3 so far. And only 1 works as it should. The other doesn't work at all. And another kinda works on a good day. But awesome lil knife. Grindworx does stand behind there products.

Great little knife OTF, cute little blade for simple pocket carry and even has a pocket clip. Bought one for my wife, but she liked the smaller ones I bought instead.
Bought 3 different colors/blade styles. Will buy more to give out to people. I already have it's bigger brother.
