I have had it for about six months now, and I like it more and more each day (which is crazy because I already loved it when I got it).
The action on this knife is lightning fast and has a serious punch to it.
I actually love how stiff the switch is. It gives me confidence that the blade will not deploy without explicit intent, and once it does deploy, the lockup is remarkably solid, unlike a lot of other OTF knives.
I really appreciate how simple and elegant of a design the Stinco is. That is honestly the main reason I originally purchased it.
The D2 dagger blade came razor-sharp and polished to perfection. Six months later of regular use, I still have yet to need to sharpen it.
(IT IS RECOMMENDED that you apply some Loctite to the six main torx screws to prevent them from loosening over time.)
When I first discovered this knife, it was out of stock everywhere and I was convinced it would never be produced again, but I was thankfully wrong! So although the Stinco gets snatched up quickly, it's well worth waiting for the next batch, so don't lose hope!
I promise it is worth the wait.
